Privacy

Short version: no accounts, no database, and your food log never leaves your device unless you use the AI helpers.

What is stored in your browser

Using localStorage on this device only:

• your food log (foods, grams and macros by date) and recent foods;
• your calorie and macro targets;
• your weekly meal plan;
• the body details you type into the calculators (units, sex, age, weight, height, activity, body fat), so you don’t retype them.

Streaks and achievements are calculated from your log on the fly. Nothing is synced; clearing site data or using private browsing removes it.

AI helpers

“Describe it” in the tracker sends the text you type, and the meal-plan generator sends your targets and preferences, to an AI model through Vercel AI Gateway to get an answer. Only that request is sent — not your log or body details — and we don’t store it. Don’t include personal information in those boxes.

Analytics

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-friendly counter of page views and referrers. It does not see what you log.
